What is MCT Oil and its Benefits?

But also, the percentage of the different Medium Chained Fatty Acids found in these foods varies. For example, the coconut oil has almost 50% lauric acid (C12), and the rest 10% is the sum of the Capra fatty acids (C6, C8, and C10).
